I am looking for a light weight IE based tabbed browser that has session restore feature. Can anyone tell me which among Maxthon and Avant is lighter on system resources?

Yes, I use and absolutely love PhraseExpress.

Typing Assistant also has basic text expansion capabilities but I prefer PhraseExpress for that.

PhraseExpress and Typing Assistant can co-exist and complement each other well.

I checked out Shortcut's website and it looks similar to PhraseExpress and Texter. I am going to skip trying it for now.

Add/Remove Programs does take time to come up. A better alternative is ZSoft Uninstaller.

rjbull: I am running this program now. I set the Popup key to ctrl+V.

Upon pressing that, the popup appears but when the item is selected by using arrow key and pressing enter or when double clicked by mouse, the item doesn't get pasted. The menu flickers and appears again.

Any idea what I am doing wrong?

I've set double clicking on the tab bar to open a new tab. But it doesn't do anything when I double click. Also clickable breadcrumbs would be helpful.
