frankly i don't know if anyone really cares..
I guess we're all about to find out from this thread.

My view is they're a bit expensive but I'm not in great need of stickers. I'd rather have 25 more days of DC server time

The only sticker that I require would say who I am, where I am, and where I should go next. (I've already had some very creative suggestions about the last!)

Distracted in the middle of posting.  :-[

clearly more work needed here - I guess I was a bit enthusiastic posting this morning (note to self - do your own damn testing!!)

error is caused because you don't have any MRU entries - I'm still working on this bit but this is some progress

yes, i found out about this quite belatedly since MTF puts in an 'ERROR' entry in the MRU drop-down. :)

not a biggie but in the 'set length' gui, the text is not quite viewable..

what resolution are you running? it's fine here (laptop @ 1280 x 800)

desktop @ 1152 x 864. font size: normal (96 dpi)

Same display issue here (1600x1200: normal)

laser toner is going to be MUCH cheeper than inkjet ink isn't it?
If you mean black, laser toner won't be such a financial birden  ;)

I'm having a little difficulty but I think it's what I'm doing.
Need a bit more time to experiment.
Sorry to leave you with only the morning paper to enliven your ride!

Others are far better equipped to answer than I but my two 1600x1200 give me 3200x1200.
By default, maximizing a window maximizes it to the screen it's on.
Utilities, such as UltraMon, allow maximizing to the entire (two-screen) desktop.

let's see if anyone can discover anything interesting in all of that data.

Well your big opportunity is to email the newsletter to under 15- and over 71-year-old females to inform them of the programming school!  ;)

Todd answered fast. He's good.
Unfortunately, no upgrade path, so I'd have to buy a license for server.
I'm looking into free alternatives, as this type of software doesn't come cheap.
Do you know any?

What a shame  :(

I don't personally know of free alternatives for what you want to do but I hope you find something.

« Last post by cranioscopical on April 12, 2009, 05:43 PM »
1.0.11 is out with few fixes:

- window position was not saved at all (only size);
- normal window state not saved if it was maximized previously.
-fenixproductions (April 12, 2009, 03:09 PM)

With 1.0.11 I still get a different position on open than was true on close.
The images show the same screen (they're shown side by side only for convenience).

1.0.10 is out!

I've fixed few problems with opened tags and corrected parsing of url= tag.
-fenixproductions (April 12, 2009, 10:39 AM)

Thanks for your efforts!

This version wants always to open lower doen the screen than where it was closed.
Have you changed the positioning params at all? Reversed top/bottom pos?

Tweenbots have a destination displayed on a flag, and rely on people they meet to read this flag and to aim them in the right direction to reach their goal.

Hey! Were I able to obtain one of those flags I could go out again!

Thanks cranioscopical, mailed Todd.
If I get nothing back from them, time to start a boycott.
This is not cheap software...

Good luck, I hope you get some satisfaction!
Let us know, if you will -- there seem to be a few interested parties here.

Wow! You were lucky. I tried it with WinXP-SP3 and I rebooted into a copy of Visicalc running under CP/M! :P
