What soft is the best for this purpose. Better if free.

I want to mean a shopping assistant for the desktop, not in the cloud. Not for special purpose. In general.
Not only to buy a house, buy a bed, a car, comparing and constructing a table.

Sometimes the units to be restored have disconfiguration. I have many disks and any problem can cause this under windows xp pro sp 3

I would like to revise with ease or a script to reconfigure in any of my systems under windows xp pro (12 systems)

You mean something like Hilitext?  That's payware; the last free version is >> here <<

Warning; Hilitext-payware doesn't work as well for me on Vista as it did on XP.  I don't know how well the last free version will work for you on whatever OS you're using.

I think is not what I am looking for.
Seems a powerful search tool. And highlight the term you are searching, but not in the way I can do with adobe acrobat or a similar program.

Don't highlight or personalized a CHM file. Or I think so.

You could try CSV Editor that has a lot of options specifically for csv files, also available in a Unicode-edition, and on top of that is free software

Open the file in notepad (or word, or any text editor you like). Get to search and replace function (ctrl-h usually).
Replace all instances of   ,   with    ","
Adjust spaces as you like.
