I googled around a bit and found a support discussion that might be usefull
http://www.winpcap.o...005-July/000163.html This is the site that of winpcap, that mouser bundles with urlsnooper with btw.
http://www.winpcap.org/Their support stuff is on their contact page
http://www.winpcap.org/contact.htmOther than that all i can say is make sure you do an absolute clean install.
Remember that in the windows add/remove control panel Urlsnooper AND winpcap are given separate entries.
Make sure the folders are deleted in the program folder.
Your no adware software might be trying to act as some sort of firewall too,i know sunbelt's anti-spyware tries
to be about a half a dozen applications in one, alot of security programs are going this route which is a shame.
P.S.
On a security sidenote, don't worry about winpcap or urlsnooper,it's clean.
I use urlsnooper all the time.Microsoft's Anti-Spyware program(or defender or whatever they call it now)once gave me a false positive on winpcap, and that's exactly what is was a false positive.
