- When exporting a color theme, it now takes a screenshot of the colors and puts it in the same folder as the .ctm file.

Yes. I made a custom right-click context menu so if there are URLs in the note, they will be displayed and the clickable. Was the best was for now. I may make the notes richedit controls but that will take a lot more time and a lot of code changes. I'm not wanting to do that at this point.

- When creating a new theme it is based off the currently selected one
- Added import/export theme to the Color Theme Editor
- If a theme is modified it asks to save
- Added ability to add sub menus and separators to the URLs menus.

@tomos - I found the bug and it'll be fixed next version. I do not think I understand what you mean about the tray icon, can you explain more? Ok, on the theme editor, I'll look into doing that.
