Have you tried that fancy coin one? It seems to use normal fonts AND that ability to use a png bitmap as a raised image is really nice.

What about the bottom? That could have a nice/fun design for an extra treat to those who pick up the coin+Cody and take a look at the underside.

The first sample coin thing does actually have text on the bottom.

I don't know about the others.

(the fancy one with text on the side seems to use something different -- not only that but it uses a 2bit png image as a mask for the engraved center image!).

You can do ctrl-Z to undo these post capture actions, just as you request.  As for why it might not be working for you, make sure you click in the image window before you do Ctrl+Z.
You should see the status bar showing you what it is doing.

I think Arial Bold is as close to an official font.

In our case I'm thinking like a 2-3 inch diameter coin "base" -- with cody sitting/standing on it (glued or pegged).
So actually the center of the coin won't be too visible I guess, since cody will be on it.  But you could imagine curving at the top of the "coin" it could say DONATIONCODER.COM and curving at the bottom it would say some text that would change depending on the award, like "N.A.N.Y. 2020 AWARD" etc.

Nudone himself has started to explore the use of Blender in making a 3d cody.

Aryq maybe I could ask your eventual help in using OpenScad to make a coin base with some programmatic "text" on it, as the base of a customizable cody award?

Using your alias I can't reproduce the problem, so it could be something unusual..

That weird scrollbar issue can sometime occur if a program gets confused about a previous item being displayed that was wider than their was room for.. I'd appreciate any further experimenting you could do that might give me a clue as to when it happens or doesn't..
