When I enter in Screenshot Captor Options on 'Scanner Options' my computer will crashes?

There is a solution for it, please?

I send you some changed settings, maybe it has to do with it?

You could try just installing a new free image viewer (like irfanview) and see if it solves the problem.

The PNG file must open with TWINUI now I've changed with Irfan Viewer 64 bit and the problem is solved.

What operating system are you using? I'm not sure the procedure to turn off accelerated graphics on newer versions of windows..

Thank you. You can read my operating specifications under my name, Windows 10.
Right now in the begin, capturing is working fine in a full YouTube screen, mostly after a while the problems will start.
I'm working with Mozilla Firefox.
I cant find your solution in my computer.

I've found something, what do you think about this please?

Hello, I'm always working with 2 ASUS LED monitors, in the left monitor an Application is active with full screen,
The right monitor, YouTube tutorial is active with full screen.
Very often I'm using Screenshot Capture for making example screenshots.
Problem is Screenshot Capture mostly is not working in the right monitor with the Full Screen YouTube tutorial, only when I reduce the screen.

May I ask you there is something to do on it please?  :-[

Thank you very much, I've installed 64bit Nitro PDF Reader.

But for me, Screenshot Captor is the best universal tool to make scans or screenshots, because you have many additional options to highlight something.
I think you might have the multiple scans in Screenshot Captor as PDF and then drag, combine and save them in Nitro PDF.

I think what james is wanting is to be able to like quickly scan 5 pages and generate a 5-page pdf, with one page for each scan.

You can do this with SC with a little bit of effort -- scanning each image separately, then selecting them all and choosing File -> Combine Multiple Images -> PDF.

BUT, if this is something you do a lot, you should probably use a "proper" tool for scanning, that has more features designed for creating multi-page scans and documents.
Yes, when I make a scan in "Control Center 4" I can make more page's they will be combined.
I thought to do it in Screenshot Captor, with the nice handy features inside.

Just drag and drop the images onto each other in Screenshot Captor. That will allow you to combine the images into a single image.
Thanks, the multiple files must be saved as a PDF?
Or *.jpg files may - can also be applied in one file?

Hello, maybe a difficult question, but like to know it's possible somehow to make a screenshot of the Screenshot Captor menu with opened License screen?
Yesterday I wanted because of a question in your forum on Screenshot Captor make a point with a screenshot, but after starting a screenshot the whole menu disappears immediately, also when pushing on PrtScn button..
If necessary I can do it first with Windows Snipping Tool. ;)
I just like to know there is a possibility that it can do with Screenshot Captor? :-[

Regarding it showing "0.00" in credits -- go find the email you received with your license key after you donated.  In that email is a link to visit that will upgrade your forum account to show you are a supporting member and you will see your credits then.

A quick link bar should appear at the top of your screen.  Also an icon should appear in the task notification area at the bottom of the screen.  Did either of these happen?

Hello, I’m a new member of this forum, for me a screenshot capture program is an important tool, but now I've seen the capabilities of Screenshot Capture program v4.20.1 and that’s why I’ve download this program.
After download the program, I've donated a sum, and then installed the program, and have also pasted the received License key, as in the instructional video explains.
Only I can not tell if the program has just started, this is because I can not look back I donated? (see appendix pls)
Maybe someone can tell me whether I might have done something wrong?  :tellme:
