Excellent news:

The Federal Trade Commission on Monday [10/5/09] took steps to make product information and online reviews more accurate for consumers, regulating blogging for the first time and mandating that testimonials reflect typical results.

The FTC will require that writers on the Web clearly disclose any freebies or payments they get from companies for reviewing their products.

Hi Joyrex --

I apologize for the delay in responding, last couple of weeks have been hectic.

Ok so what you are wanting to do *SHOULD* be easy.. but i see now from looking at the code that it's not, and that currently the program insists on the Screenshots folder being located either in an absolute location or a directory under the config directory.

I already have a fix for the issue and i just need to upload a new version for you -- let me just get a few more updates in this version before i upload in the next day or two.

works here, though the user interface is a bit minimalistic.  a blank dos box comes up and is empty.. when i connect to the internet i hear a high pitched sound and the window dissapears.

The company [McAfee] announced Thursday the availability of its McAfee Online Backup, an online backup service that automatically uploads data from your computer's hard drive to a remote server via the Internet.

While online backup services are nothing new and have been available for a long time from many providers, such as Carbonite, Memeo, or Cuku, the main difference with the new McAfee Online Backup service is that it's one of a few that offer unlimited storage space.

For a fixed annual fee of $60, you can back up as much data as you want. This could possibly the best deal around for online backup, especially for anyone with a lot of important data and a high-speed Internet connection.

Other than the generous amount of storage, according to McAfee, its new service, which is powered by Mozy, is secure and comes with easy-to-use software.

ah so if you use background image it adds a border, is that right?
so if you make it transparent then no border?

I think the conversation on this thread is degenerating and becoming personal.  It seems like a useful thread for people who want to talk about InfoSelect -- can we just keep things civil and discussion relevant to the subject matter.  And most of all avoid personal attacks and back and forth.

We try not to get into wars here, and we welcome anyone from different positions, but let's not have any fighting from other forums migrate over here please.

thats an interesting idea to do that for other sites -- especially in comment threads.. might make a good firefox plugin.

On a side note, anyone who hasn't yet seen the movie "Slacker" -- it's one of my favorites.

Apparently you can watch it on youtube if you are willing register at youtube and put up with some google ads throughout (annoying):

Note:

Make sure when you unpack the CZB_Pack in the farr plugins directory, that you do so and maintain the parent CZB_Pack parent folder --
if you unpack all the czb_pack zip file contents directly into the Plugins directory, it does not behave well in farr.

get yourself a seltzer maker and some juice concentrate cans, and make your own healthy alternative

i've also recently been brewing super concentrate jazmine tea and adding a little of that to my sparkling juice drinks and it's great stuff.
