yes, that would beI was asking for something different, the ability to repaste with a hotkey-kalos (May 10, 2009, 05:44 PM)
You mean something like a rolling FIFO buffer that would hold the last 100 (or whatever) characters, and display them instantly with a hotkey?-rjbull (May 11, 2009, 05:39 AM)
I'm assuming you already have a table of data somewhere where "word", "word1", "word2" etc, are already existing as rows (or columns),-David1904 (April 30, 2009, 03:57 PM)
what you want to do is to have the related items filled in whenever you choose a particular instance of "word"-David1904 (April 30, 2009, 03:57 PM)
If this is the case, then using VLOOKUP or HLOOKUP would probably be you answer.not sure about those functions, by I would suppose that a macro could do what I need? just by resembling what I want to do with some macros in office that autowrite "by the way" after you type btw or something...-David1904 (April 30, 2009, 03:57 PM)
yes, I have tried it, it is brilliant!-kalos (February 20, 2008, 11:40 PM)
