I try to edit the text of a pdf with a pdf editor and I get the error message that the font is not installed/available

what can I do? I have installed (I think) the font into the pc, but is that enough? maybe I have to encorporate it into the pdf file?

Powerpoint shapes are so limited, how can I add an arrow that merges two boxes, something like this, but with 45 degrees angles of each branch:

the best solution i could find so far is photoshop's quick selection tool, however I would like to:

1) make photoshop's quick selection tool to use smooth lines, not slightly dentate lines (hope you know what i mean), when we try to select fine objects, not things without smooth edges
2) be able to extend a smooth line, so that i can fix the border at the points where quick selection tool misses the correct border

is it possible?

also I would like to select specific colors, photoshops color selection tool is not that advanced (especially when it has to deal with grey tones or any similar tones)

the problem is that when i need a high resolution snapshot and i zoom out much, the are that i want to capture goes out of the monitor, so i have to scroll

so there is a pdf editor that enables you to first specify the area you want to capture, then specify the resolution and it zooms outs itself and then takes the screenshot

not a drawing program to draw them, but a specific program that you enter data and it creates the graphs

it would be nice to be highly customizable and offer glow effects, choosing background, etc
