Check out Samurize PluginPak. Looks like SaveValueToFile plugin - saves a meter's value to a text file, could do the job. Otherwise, check out PageScraper plugin.

Came across this little program during my endless morning web-surfing routine... might be useful for some.

PureJPEG is a Win32 Command Line tool that does similar stuff.
