UrlSnooper / How could I download this metafile ?

i have tried Url snooper,Hidownload,url helper ,search the metafile structure of that file
and I Only GOT THIS: http://www.ustream.t...0TXfZgLgGxA99pvg.usc
I have read and applied all the troubleshooting suggested to " BBIGj " in the topic "SNIFFING BUT CAN'T SMELL " !! and no luck at all.
Snooper collect more than 5000 packets during Sniffing time but nothing is buffered locally.
I know I could use a "screen capture" to record and get that file but What about URL sniffers or Snooper ?
ANY HELP o new Idea from anybody here ?.
