General Software Discussion / Full plain Black Screen Issue with Camtasia Purchased on Discount

Hi everyone,
Black screen appears every time I launch Camtasia that I recently purchased through a deal shared on this forum. The software installs correctly, but when I open it, the screen stays black and unresponsive.
Iam running it on Windows 10 and have tried reinstalling, updating my drivers, and running it as an administrator, but the issue persists.
Has anyone else faced this problem? Any tips or suggestions to resolve this would be greatly appreciated, Thank you!
