I'm not sure about MiniCap, but nircmd from Nirsoft will take a screenshot from the command line.
Just a thought! If you are planning to take a shot every minute, it might be worth looking at Windows Task Scheduler. I am pretty certain that tasks can be re-run every 5 minutes or so - not sure about 1 minute.
