I'm in the process of migrating from Win7Pro to Win10Pro, and, as expected half the stuff I used in Win7 doesn't work properly in Win10.
One example is Screenshot Captor (v4.42.0, Lifetime Universal Deluxe), which does NOT start minimised like it did in Win7, despite me selecting that option in the Preferences (see screenshot).
Any useful advice would be much appreciated.
