Announce Your Software/Service/Product / seeking Math Continuous Simulations that we could try solving
« on: June 07, 2024, 06:47 PM »
We are seeking Math Continuous Simulationsthat we could try solving with our new Calculus (Level) Language that produces an Optimization of Simulations.
To understand Differential Equations (DEs), classes in Engineering and Science are essential. See my Casebook titled "Engineering Design Optimization using Calculus Level-Methods; A Casebook Approach", https://goal-driven....ebook%20Approach.doc
One reviewer wrote: "The most important pedagogical value the book could deliver is a sound grounding in calculus level thinking for engineering design optimization. This approach is as significant for engineering/science as object oriented programming has been for computer science. Independent access to a computer system running the calculus tools would free the reader from having to attend a class. This would open up the market for the book quickly to practicing engineers." Unknown Reviewer.
Their are some 20+ Engineering and Science problems showing their math problems and Optimal solution. Plus a little write-up / intro to each problem.
FortranCalculus™ application is a (free) Calculus (level) Compiler that simplifies Tweaking parameters in ones math model. FC is based on Automatic Differentiation (AD) that simplifies computer code to an absolute minimum; i.e., a mathematical model, constraints, and the objective (function) definition. Equations may be implicit, non-linear, Boundary Value Problems, Inverse Problems, nesting, etc. Download, install, & execute some demo problems. Simple and its Free!
FC removes the need for users to write their own numerical methods. Users just call a method by name that is stored in a compiler library. Nice and simple from a users stand point. NASA's Apollo Space program started AD development around 1960.
Have you been able to run a demo? View output from demo? Let us know if we can help.

Have a math model that we could try to solve? We may want to publish your code and its solution in our casebook, if you say its okay.
