Screenshot Captor / Tray icon is not recreated when Windows Explorer restarts

The Screenshot Captor tray icon is the only icon that doesn't reappear after an Explorer restart. It does it consistently; to experiment, you can right-click restart Explorer inside Task Manager easily.

Due to some weirdness with BitLocker, Windows Explorer restarts shortly after unlocking a drive, which happens every login.

This probably isn't a high priority, but it would make quite a bit of difference for me.
