Teracopy.

I've tried them all multiple times over the years (every now and again to see if anything has changed) and Teracopy is the best by far.
I've been using it for easily 10 years or more and never had it corrupt a file.

The free version works fine, but I paid for the Pro version. It's not expensive and updates are free. Worth every penny.
