Screenshot Captor / Error beep on startup and save settings. Program works great otherwise.

I think a couple of months ago, when I would start Windows 11 23H2 build 22631.3296 (16GB RAM, 1TB HD, SC v4.36.2, fresh install), SC sounds the Default Beep sound but the program loads fine. When I make a setting change in Preferences and accept them, it beeps. If I cancel the changes, it beeps. If I don't load SC when Windows starts up, I don't get the beep. I am running as an Administrator and I don't have SC compatibility set to run as Administrator. I've tried looking through the Windows log files but can't find anything.

Any ideas?
