Concatenating Benefits of Various Time Saving Programs

I have the following applications installed on my computer :

-   Strokeit
-   Volumouse
-   Pistachio
-   KatMouse
-   Filebox Extender

Though they are low resource applications, I would like to know if the functions of all of these can be provided by a single application. I looked at AHK and AutoIt, but they seem quite complex. I have recently tried powerpro, but I am still learning to use it. Any other suggestions?

since StrokeIt, Volumouse & Katmouse are all mouse-related, looking up at the AHK forums could be helpful.. but i do have a lot of programs running in my systray, that's why i started a "Must-have apps in the System tray?" thread..
