Idea: Date calculator
« on: September 16, 2005, 03:20 PM »
Hi

I need a simple program which can calculate with dates.
For example tell me the days between two dates.
Adding two dates together in different formats, etc.

(2005.01.20 + 6days = 2005. january 26.
2005.05.23 - 6days = 2005. may 17.)

Hope someone could do it.

I know the Excel formula is:

=DATEDIF(A1,NOW(),"y") & " years, " & DATEDIF(A1,NOW(),"ym") & " months, " & DATEDIF(A1,NOW(),"md") & " days"

Just replace the cell reference "A1" with whatever you need.

Also, check out the Ultimate Date Calculator. It will do a LOT. And if you're looking for something simple, download What Date (freeware).
