Not sure if anyone else gets this problem:
Multi-monitor setup to stand alone mode. Some applications just insist on starting up off the screen.
I have and been searching the web with a fix.
I came across this program, Which allows you to force programs to load on the other screen.
Name: Force Window Visible

Just posting incase anyone else has this problem.
(Searched forum could not see any other posts with this type of program)
