directive to place attached image inline where you want it

Maybe, but when I clicked I only got:

[attach=2][/attach]

and that was confusing

same effect.  the # can be replaced with the attachment # if you want to reorder the which attachment images go where.

I tried it but wasn't able to get it working, it still isn't obvious to me how it should work.
