What do you want to do with your life?

Pick 43 things.

They don't have to be big things. You can start out small.

Choose from a list of things that others feel are worthwhile or come up with one of your own. The point is to do something you feel is worth doing.

I know I said this section is off limits to me from now on, but this was something I just had to share.

When I first came across this site, seeing that list on the front page made me cry. But as I browsed the site it actually made me smile. This is one of the best discoveries I have made in awhile.

This takes the idea of a ToDo list to a whole new level.

This site is inspiring, motivational, and highly social.

Click something in that big list on the front page and you are immediately taken to a page where you can see who is attempting to do it, journals of people charting their progress & feelings, a gallery of user submitted inspirational images, a list of people who have done it, a place to ask questions of people that have accomplished that goal.

If you don't see anything on the front page that appeals to you and you can't think of something on your own...refresh...the list will change.

I finally opened an account on 43things.com.

I have about 23 things on my list right now.

I discovered another feature of the site too...

When you add something to your list, you can set up reminders...every day, every month, 6 months, etc.

I just recieved this:

email reminder

That alone was enough to make me smile.  :)

Yeah.
I set mine up a long time ago.
I get the reminders in my inbox, but I don't do anything about it.

I suppose I've got to find some other way to start working out. LMAO.

The slow growth of my web dev projects is eclipsed by my patience, understanding and desire to learn AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE as I slowly progress.

The clock is running. Make the most of today. Time waits for no man. Yesterday is history. Tomorrow is a mystery. Today is a gift. That's why it is called the present.

Thank you so much app for pointing this site out to me, I've found it to be just the inspiration that I've been looking for to help get out of the rut that I feel I've been in lately, and to make some major improvements in my lifestyle.  Highly recommend for anyone looking to do more positive things in and with their life.
