Is the DonationCredits program active? (2023)

Hello dear friends, hope you are having a great time for a prosperous 2023 

A quick question here: Is the DonationCredits program up & running at this time?

I have made multiple cashout requests recently but perhaps there is a technical problem with them?

Can anyone from the staff confirm if "the engines" are active with DC community's great donations program? It is important for donations made by members to reach the authors, which is of course secondary to helping each other, yet still act as a great motivator to keep developers contributing their DC releases
