Usage
Installation
To install, extract the zip file in a folder, say "Process Started", and run the "Process Started" exe.

Well, this is what I wanted and I made.
I wanted to keep an eye on the process which runs behind my back. The app still has many options to be made, but it does what I intend it to.

NANY 2019 already has more process lister and watchers, and I was feeling hesitant in adding mine to it.
Also I was not getting enough time to fine tune and polish it, as my earlier NANY apps. Nevertheless I decided in releasing it as I noted it is different in its approach.

Regards,

Anand

Very interesting NANY entry, Anand, thanks.

Hope you add some customization options, as the gray on green color scheme just isn't my taste.
Also, the more... link doesn't seem to work yet, and I'd like to see the date/time the process was started, if possible.

Thanks Ath for the inspiration.
Yes, the app still has many options to be made but I released it as it does the job intended.
Will add the Settings option for color and other features. Also in the pipe line is to allow to move the window with mouse.

Regards,

Anand

This zip file has a VIRUS in it according to the virus scanner built into Windows 7
Either it is infected, or more likely a benign function is being seen as malignant.
Has anyone else had this problem?

Hi larrybrenkus,

The zip includes the hash of the exe file. Please check it.
Most probably it is false alarm, due to compression used.

I will make the website with more details, as I do for my apps. Presently under work pressure.

Anand

I know you can't get to it now (I'm under work pressure myself), but I can't even download the ZIP file to check the hash since now Windows Defender blocks/deletes the ZIP as virus-infected even before it "arrives".
When you emerge, let me know.

Thanks !

FWIW I'm using MS Security Essentials on Windows 7 and have had no problem downloading zip nor running the exe.
