Win+4 (numerical keyboard) and others don't go the same under windows 8.1

I have some hotkeys defined in Phrase Express with script to launch a folder .

But happen that when I try launch the windows 8.1 narrator. And also launch the square icons menu with the windows key

When I pulse simultaneously Win+4 strange things happen.

What can I do ?

Win + Number key is a default system hotkey for the items in Quick Launch.
