It's a youtube video, so just use one of the millions of Youtube Video downloaders:

I won't post a link to a youtube downloader in here because of the questionable legality of the sites...but..yeah...just google "Youtube to AVI" and you will find one in seconds...

It quite clearly said "Youtube" in the bottom corner of the video...so I right clicked it and selected "Copy Link".

A good and clean site what dont fool you to install questionable "extensions"
is Savefrom.net
saves videos from Youtuve and several others sites.
