TapTap is FANTASTIC!!

But is it possible to make it even better by making <Esc> a viable option for Key2?

Hi adealey, and welcome to the site!

And thank you for your kind words about TapTap -- it's rare that i hear from users of it -- perhaps because it's rare that people use it  :P

I'm away from home for a few days but i will try to add the feature when i get back!

Keep it up, mate!
