Just an off-topic post, but how do they know about the ultility? Did you submit it to them or something like that?

yes, we submit all software to a bunch of sites (mostly those that accept "pad" files).
a pad file is an xml file used to describe shareware and freeware.

many of these sites exchange pad files so it propagates around.

one interesting thing to look for is whether a site uses the description and screenshot from the pad file or makes their own.  some of these sites actually have people that try the programs and write their own summary and picture (for example see downloadsquad above), most just display the pad info.

Hi, thanks for fSekrit, just the thing! We found it as a recommendation from Microsoft  in a Security white paper. It'd be great if it'd run on a Windows Mobile PDA too..... I'm just greedy! Thanks again, PhilJJZ

I don't have any experience with PDA programming, but I think there's an emulator somewhere... hmm. First priority is getting a new release done with some fixes, though.

• The current "latest" link - since 9 Feb 2016 - for fSekrit seems to be not donationcoder.com but: <https://github.com/snemarch/fsekrit>, though there have apparently been no updates since Version 1.40, released on Dec. 3, 2009.
