Making the values persistent

mouser, in the highlights section i'd like the transparency/opacity value to be '120' instead of the default '200'. how can i make it persistent? currently the value reverts to '200' each time SC is restarted.

I'd also like to "pin" the arrows view, either through automatic saving of the entire layout/workspace, or through a little sticky-pin toggle next to the title of the object toolboxes. Thanks.

it'd be great if this feature is implemented, the default value of 200 is too opaque for me.
