best web site for generating rss?

I am looking for a web site that would create rss feeds from web sites that do not offer rss service. I tried couple but I was not happy or some gave errors. Do you gave any suggestion?

The other day a fellow member of another forum recommended Feed43, which looks quite neat, you can configure how the information is extracted and from where, but I did not get my hands dirty with it to actually assess if it performs as advertised.

Also, in CyberNet they ran a HowTo a while ago, which mentions other alternatives (be sure to read the comments)
