vehicle maintenance program

Looking for a program that can be used between several users to track different vehicle repairs for our school.  Something that would include year, make, model, VIN #,oil changes, etc..  They would also like to have it pop a scheduled reminder say when an oil change is due (by date).

Any ideas if this is doable or can you recommend a program that could easliy handle this?
