Clipboard Help+Spell / 'Alt Gr' key plus 'c' key opens CH&S main window

The 'Alt Gr' key plus the 'c' key opens CH&S main window instead of producing  a cedilla (ç) as it should on an English UK extended keyboard.
This is very difficult when typing French words especially.
Is there any way I can stop this key combination working in CH&S so that it does not interfere with my keyboard's normal settings.
