they do have it in australia (at least on the web-site).. :)

i like love mx518 very much because it has a nice balance between functionality and fluff (e.g. overloading of features, etc). in fact, i have 3 of them (2 actively using and a spare)..

Any updates on this? what alternative way of tweeting have you developed since?

i haven't developed any alternative method but i can recommend a twitter client written by Renegade, called Twittle Twiddle Tweeter for Twitter. :)

This seemed to be going on a bit, so I would like to stick in my 2 pen'nth worth.  Just a small little executable, stick it somewhere on your pc, set the path correctly in the .reg file. And, well, it should work...  It works for me...

nice work, awopbamboo.. :up:

... Only problem so far is that to activate the menu one is supposed to press the "third mouse button" --- well, I don't have a third mouse button.

that can be easily fixed with an AHK script. e.g. the following code will emulate middle-click with ctrl+left click

^LButton::MouseClick, Middle

what keys you want to use to emulate the middle-click? ;)

i came across an explorer shell add-on called SmartXplore that seems to be able do this function, based on the screenshot. i haven't tried this yet but someone who is interested in this feature could give it a try.

hehe.. i thought the same too, that it was 90% off $199. the programs seem to be marked-up to cater for this promotion. nevertheless, i do use two of their freeware tools, PDFInfo and PDFNumber.

i tried this on Win 7 64-bit and it worked. however i didn't install Farr into "Program Files" or "Program Files (x86)" but into another folder called "Programs" where i keep all my portable apps.
