9 monitors, nice

You have the right link.

If you're still getting v4.7.0 from that link, it's just because the file is cached in your web browser or by your internet provider since the update file is so recent.  If you try again in a bit you should get the new version.

Just as an aside -- don't mean to derail the conversation -- but as someone with 4 monitors who has always used multiple monitors, i've never used or liked the options to simulate one big monitor.  Is there a reason you chose that over the more standard multi-monitor configuration?

Thank you for reporting it quickly!

Updated to 4.7.2 to fix a bug in some advanced previewing features.
8806
New version uploaded.

I guess v4.7 should have stayed in beta another couple of days, I didn't notice that I broke the preview screen (used in rotation and also resize preview) when i was experimenting with rulers.

v4.7.2 is now up.  Let me know if it fixes the problem for you.

You are right -- I broke something in the preview feature. Working on it.

The FileForum site is really great about posting announcements of beta releases of Screenshot Captor:

It's just a shame that there are so few user reviews of SC there, and no good ones for almost two years..

I'd be interested in hearing any problems people experience with this.

The new option can be found as the last checkbox in the "Miscellaneous Interface Options" box, on the "More Interface Options" tab.

All coders who hang out on the site who didn't do a NANY last year are obligated to do one this year or be subjected to a public shaming.

I meant a theme for the programs, but that idea has been shot down dead.
The "theme" for the mug is up to whoever designs it (if we don't use our standard one).

Sounds like it's going to be a pretty reasonable feature:

It sounds a little too good to be true to me, so we shall see..

Welcome to the site Virgus!

It's been so long since Mixtape Maker was updated, i'm not sure if the author still even has the source code but i'll try to contact him.

1) Can we have rounded box as option in 'Draw highlighting' i.e. as below. There is the text border for Arrows has the option for 'RoundBox' so I hope it wouldn't be hard to implement.

i'll see what i can do.

2) Would really really really really like it if we could have toolbar buttons for 'Splice out by strip by selection' and  'Splice out by strip by selection - Deluxe effects

Now that the "More Interface Options" has the ability to hide and show different toolbars, adding new tools (hidden by default) is painless, so i will do so.  Good idea.
