Read your profile but I couldn't tell if you're old enough to know who Steve Allen was.  :)

Yes I know who Steve Allen was.  I grew up watching Alan King on The Ed Sullivan Show.  Which aired directly opposite Steve Allen.   :)
My family was more interested in variety than slapstick.

The TV is full of this type of video editing.  It was cool, the first few times I saw it but not now.  Old hat.
If a show I'm watching starts this rewind stuff it only stays on that channel for about 2 seconds.   ;D  I'm sure their sponsors would love to hear this.

p.s.  I believe The Steve Allen Show was taped so it should have been relatively easy to rewind stuff.  Even back then.

One-liners are my favorite 'cause they don't give the listener time to get bored.   :)   I grew up watching Alan King on The Ed Sullivan Show.

You do live longer with bran, but you spend the last fifteen years on the toilet.   - Alan King

These are not his style of humor but *silly* none the less ..

...I view myself as one of the most basic, novice-computer-users there are but had no difficulty finding/using my License Key.
Mine was emailed w/ very easy to follow directions.  Maybe these steps weren't explained as well earlier?
p.s.  Wasn't meant to be sarcastic... just *silly humor*  ;D

Oh! Did you create that image? If so, then the sarcasm was clearly unintentional, but I saw it as dripping with suppressed sarcasm - the unmissably huge size of the key being the main thing. I mean, how could one miss it? I am always puzzled by those angry comments that complain about it.
If you did create that image, then nicely done by the way.

Not my art.  I just added the DC address.  The huge key was directly related to my License Key size... which is literally around 5 feet long.  ;D
If it gets longer, with each new member, it must be about 6 or 7 feet by now.

Thought maybe I should include this DC topic here.  The FDFF link is still valid.  For those who may not be aware of Free Duplicate (Photo) File Finder.   :)

Made me smile. Simple. Rather clever, poking fun, and a heavily sarcastic too. I'm keeping a copy for future use...

I have seen more than one post about this issue.  Most are from DC's early days.

I didn't either think I would either until I ran into some odd shaped stuff that required diagonal measurements. And basically yes, but it does it very well.

If you're not worried about the diagonal stuff, v1 is still (freeware) available for download if you dig a bit.

If that's all it does it should do it well.  I was just fishing for info, from a trusted source, about Screen Calipers.   :)
That way I wouldn't have to download and compare it to what I already have.  PicPick.  Freeware.  Updated 02-15-14

It has a pixel ruler, along with other useful stuff but no calipers.  I use the Screen Capture (sorry Mouser) and Protractor the most.
Handy little tool to load at start-up and have sitting quietly in the tray.   8)

Same measure size in pixels concept but SC is considerably more versatile.

I know what versatile means... but what do you mean?  Does it have free rotation?  Not just horizontal and vertical?
Yes, it has free rotation. It also - via creatable/changeable skins - allows the caliper jaw length/size/shape to be modified.

Versatile enough? :)

For some applications, I guess, but I don't think I ever needed to measure pixels diagonally.   ;D
Is this all Screen Calipers does?

There's probably more sophisticated freeware out there for Windows.

Lots of freeware for Windows out there but I couldn't find any for real-time video... just pre-recorded stuff.
I did read about one that flips a video, plays the frames in reverse order, from the end to the beginning.  Who the hell would want that?   ;D

a couple of people have said that Screen Calipers had difficulties on 64-bit Win 7. One said he solved the problem, by installing new video drivers.

For the record: I have Screen -Calipers -Compass -Protractor and -Shapes, on 64-bit Win 7, with no problems. All purchased on offers.

+1 - I've been using Screen Calipers (v1.0 and up) for years on x64 XP/03/Vista/7 and never had a problem with.

Is Screen Calipers similar to a pixel ruler?   :tellme:

I installed YawCam.  It doesn't give the 16x9 of the App. But the image is the right way around at least.  :)

So is your non-mirror self looking better?  My test video of me was alarming. ;D  Guess you're satisfied with YawCam?  I see one needs Java for it to work. :(

Most of the outside links above are dead... so maybe (hopefully) this will follow suit.  It's literally absurd.
Diamond Nuts does this a lot better though it's not on YouTube.   ;D

I've had the same leathers for over 20 years. They work fine...but only so well. What I need is Tropical Breezes instead of this Arctic shit we been getting lately. ;)

You wear colors as well?   :tellme:   My part of the Big Chill already came and went.  It's back up to a Tropical 75 with a light breeze.  :)
