it seems that the devs are working on integrating keys bought from other distributors into Steam as well. the other choices are Gamersgate and BMT Micro. so one can buy from any of the three and play in Steam.

What's wrong with Randi starting her own business(es)? Just because she is leaving Facebook to start her own stuff doesn't mean that whatever she starts will compete with Facebook.

in corporate world, it's not about competing only. it's more to who came up with an idea that sells. e.g. if any of Randi's idea was deemed to have been thought up while still in Facebook, then Facebook will lay claim to it as their collective idea and will contest it. just like the idea of "facebook" was contested a few years back by Zuckerberg's former classmates/associates.

but then who knows, Big Z might play the benevolent brother and let the sister's company prosper. only to buyout later if it's successful.

speaking of legal actions, more lawyer hours might be racked up as the sister of the founder of Facebook leaves the company to start her own..

Zombie apocalypse is always a fascinating (albeit fictional) subject. Lifehacker rehashes some of its best tips to survive a zombie onslaught for a list of "top ten" tips.

Over the years, we've shared a ton of tips for keeping yourself safe and healthy during an emergency. Here are some of our favorite clever survival tricks.

Okay, so these hacks aren't exclusive to zombie-related emergencies, but let's be honest: it's the one disaster we all know is inevitable. Regardless of the emergency at hand, these tips can keep you alive when disaster strikes.

(Long Shot) If you check properties on the clock.exe and tclock.dll files, do either of them show an UnBlock button?

thanks SJ, i'll try this when i get to the Win7 box. i'm guessing this anomaly has more to do with my Win 7 setup than your app. anyway, i'm glad that there is a TClock version for those of us who use 64-bit Windows. thanks for TClock 2010 again..

Why would you be running T-Clock elevated??

i ran TClock in the elevated state to see if that solved the problem of the calendar not appearing but it didn't. then i tried after disabling UAC, upon which the calendar appeared. i still don't know what to make of it. any suggestions?

Thanks for the program however after looking I cannot figure out how to display the calendar.

i'm having the same problem as darkhelmet. double-clicking does nothing even though i run it on an 'elevated' status. however if i disable UAC, then the calendar appears.

btw, i'm running it on Win 7 Pro 64bit

that's one good-looking calculator app and the dev has an interesting take on calculators.

... most PC calculators are just unflexible simulations of pocket calculators.

RedCrab is a calculator that exploits the possibilities of PC's. Easy to use like a pocket calculator, but provided with full screen editor, which supported corrections, saveing and printing as a word processing program.
