I have versioned document backups running in real time, onto a separate hard drive mounted on my pc; I do this to protect myself from accidentally deleted a file i later realize i need, or making changes to a document that i realize i shouldn't have, etc. This has to run all the time.

How do I use it? Getting Started
Add a new key mapping or edit an existing one
Click "Write to registry" and wait for a confirmation that the registry was successfully updated
Close SharpKeys and either log out (and back in) or reboot to enforce the new mappings

Glad you like it. I don't believe there's any way to disable just a modifier key using ahk. But this site shows how to use a keyboard mapper software to disable a single key:
