btw, when the CPU usage goes up to 100%, the PC alternates between freezes and becoming super-slow..

i'm not sure if i understand this, but any folder other than the default "Screenshots" sub-folder triggers this problem..

yes, i do have other type of files in the custom folder, mostly zip & cab files.. btw, i'm using WinXP Pro SP2. and as stated earlier, this behaviour appears only when i assign a custom folder in the "Screenshot Folder" section.

yes, it refreshes, pauses a second then refreshes again.. an endless cycle.. anyway, i'm attaching the INI file, in case you want to have a look..

P.S. the system doesn't allow me to attach the INI file so i'm renaming it..

i deleted the ini file then restarted. all was ok until i specified a custom folder in the "Screenshot Folder" section.. then the non-stop refresh started. so, i think i've found the problem..

just found a cool way to view pics at Flickr: Flickr Postcard Browser.

after posting in this thread about the ability to add separators for "External Tools" menu, i've come up with a way to display them in my "External Tools" menu..

here, how is it done: add a new item in "Tools Option" and use space-bar in "Title" and a dash in "Program" and see the result..

Add a blank item


Now, you have a Separator line

i have a problem with this PC where upon launching of a program, the CPU Usage shoots up to 100% eventhough it's not a resource demanding program.. it's a newly installed WinXP SP2 with no internet connection. other specs: Pentium 3 400MHz, 640MB RAM, Geforce4 MX440, etc..

i've tried scanning for spyware & viruses (eventhough the OS is newly installed), defragmented the hard-drive, tried changing the drivers for the graphic card. now, i'm thinking of hooking it up to the internet & run the windows update but before that, i thought i'd make a post here.. so does anyone knows why this happens? also attached some screenshots to explain this crazy thing..

"Auto copy selected text to clipboard" is quite an useful option.. perhaps Farr could make a little check if any text is selected before auto-copying?

i have a problem in the latest alpha (2.00.46) where if i launch Farr, a Ctrl+C keystroke is sent. i realize this when Farr is launched with with Salamander in the foreground because in Salamander, Ctrl+C changes to C drive.. so i find myself having revert to the original drive after that..

and this is only happens when i launch Farr for the 1st time and after some time of inaction but once Farr is active, successive launches does not display this behaviour.. any ideas, mouser?
