yes.
Thanks.

Oh I get all mixed up with VR and AR.

So it is like putting me on a new place which I can see in 360 deg. But the scenes are animated, right ?
53
Thanks mouser for the info.

The link shows ready made animation. Can you record a video of what you see using the vr ?

Say in around the garden/house and virtual things along with real ones, if possible. This will give us better idea of it.

Anand

Well, this is an absolute deal breaker for me.

[ Invalid Attachment ]

https://www.microsof...ws-11-specifications

They introduced vertical tabs into Edge because wide screen monitors are so commonplace that it's now worthwhile to do it and save a little of the vertical real estate for content ... then they go do the opposite in the OS.

MS are retarded.

They now want to show you news on the left side of screen, like it or not

If we look closely, then we see that MS has released a Win version with only cosmetic changes but new hardware requirement.

Now this will force new hardware purchase. Users will get nothing but some window dressing and loss of money.
Obviously someone will become rich.

As far as older hardware not supporting the new shiny OS then do not worry, just give it time. When all new sales dry up, then MS will come out with upgrade for older machines too. After all MS wants billions of computer using Win 11.

N.A.N.Y. 2021 / Re: NANY 2021: MoveFileHere
« Last post by anandcoral on January 01, 2021, 03:09 AM »
MoveFileHere helps a workflow where we make the browser always download to a fixed Downloads folder and then quickly move the file elsewhere afterwards. Compare that to the workflow of quickly picking a custom download/save folder for each download using Listary or the small SaveAsPathHelper script I quickly made to mimic some Listary features.
Looks interesting

Coworker who sees me looking at something in a browser: "Glad you're not busy; I need you to do this, this, this ..."

Coworker who sees me staring intently at a command prompt: Backs away, slowly ...
Fully agree.

Even looking at blank text editor or Excel or Word will ward them off but not a browser. I have found out.

Google Drive False Error "Sorry, this file is infected with a virus"  >:(
To solve it, a new download "Battery Icons 1.5.0_a.zip" is given which is password protected.
The password is "abc123" without quotes.
