There is not necessary the table.
With Xnview i reduced the size of the picture.

And drag and drop directly in word one by side of another. It's fast and after we can put hyperlinks

With word I prefer a headache. I have to addapt any pieces and word 2002 is not very easy for this purpose. Perhaps better coreldraw.
Or perhaps I need a program to reduce the size of the photos to adapt more easy to the word table cells.

I prefer a independent program, not word.
With word I think there is no problem at all.

My option menu with word is not in relation with the image menu i propose.

With 24 pieces is enough

After install the local area network and some other sort of programs I am having problems with Ditto I don't resolve in the specific forum.
Sometimes clip are order changed and when invoke one clip with the hotkeys are not corresponding. This is very annoying.
Sometimes hangs under xp sp3. Or the paste method don't obey me.
I am very used to this splendid program, specially to the keyboards short keys to paste quickly the last ten clips. CTRL+1 , CTRL+2 , CTRL+3 to 0
And the utility to share clips with the other pc is very useful.
And is portable and I can share in each pc between my systems xp sp3 (by my original terror to windows xp pro i am used to have several times the same system in each pc).
So. I am looking for an alternative to Ditto :

a) Portable
b) with ten keyboards short keys to paste the last 10 clips. (or more)(must be the same CTRL+1 to CTRL+0)
c) Plays in local area network sharing the clips.

is it possible ? I was thinking about similar programs from Mouse zone, but I would like to receive a first advice to help me to select.

Additionally I comment that usually I have my pc with a lot of testing programs.
By the way a few weeks ago I began to have problems with Ditto that I have not resolved at the present moment.

And I have more residents hidden like locate32 and others.

ewemoa. I have scanned the web and I really think there is not a superior script to ShortCutsIn.

I think is the best application for reorganizing in the simplest way (folders and linking i suppose are eternal in windows environments) . ShortCutsIn give us the opportunity to link all in our mind and in the pc directly over the folders and files.

Of course we can manage documentation with specific software, but normally occupied more effort and less results for all that stuff that we download from the web waiting for a specific place . And this may be in most cases all we have to do.

I know friends with only a folders organization. Additionally I use the superb Goldmine 5.5 , but ShortCutsIn is a superb helper.

I have been working in a image inventory made with photos stored in folders and files. It's very quick when you control your own stuff. No need to describe : an image talks like many words.....

And is very fast. ShortCutsIn is superb to reorganize from multiple concepts.

In this way :
You have a photo of each book, document, table, utils, computer stuff, etc.

You organize the inventory by places : kitchen, bedroom, etc. We obtain a very quickly inventory with photos. Everybody have a super powerful mobile device to take photos .....

A folder for each part of the house. And a shortcut for the specialized conceptual organization.

So I have books in the bedroom, in the office room, and in the main room,
I create an specialized folder for the books that's is a shortcuts to the main files in the location organization.

In the future I can make grow this idea of folders and files with ShortCutsIn using a virtual visit program like MyVirtualHome free from home users or similar.

the point is never is lost the basic organization with folders and files. With a  professional shop inventory you can use the photos. Or with a web inventory of your house for the insurance you can take the photos to describe your stuff.

So ShortCutsIn is a powerful tool to inventory and to classify.

Compressed files automation

A script for selective decompressing system over various zip and rar files  :

********* FIRST RULE ***********

0) Locate compressed files in a drive or several drives.

1) decompressed only the files contains one single folder inside. Then deleted the original compressed file.

2) The rest of files located is not necessary nothing. Only affects to the compressed files that contains a single folder inside.

I don't change or edit those links for a long long time. And never move the word archive from his original position.

The file occupied several word pages and compile many printed forms.

We can make any proof you like with 24 elements.

There are some web based ones (like this: http://www.image-maps.com/) but I've generally done it by hand...

Yessss. I have not problem at all with this now o with the substitution of the numlock key. It's perfectly well explained in the ini file.

100 executions of the option : in explorer windows
The more habitual case is send from one windows to another 2/3
the rest is of one to two or more folders 1/3
Is it possible to have a hotkey for this option like ^+o or any other ?

I have been varying and proofing the rest of modules without any incidence.

I would like a model script in autohotkey to control and save data entries.
Additionally to the ordinary variables with a decision field and a counter to increment in the way : 125.07, where 07 is the year and 125 a number to be 126 in the next addition. (126.07, 127.07....)
Saved to a database (dbf, xml, or similar).
When execute show a window similar to this :

Basically I need introduce some variable, decide over decision fields, show or edit a counter or any previously defined variables and less more.
After I accept all the introduced data I would like keep register in a xml, ini, dbf or similar support.

So I need :
A general script for introducing in a screen data variable, option variable, counter variable, i can modify and keep register in any type of database i can control with AHK.
