:D This is a funny game.
Not a great fun because if you do some error, you have to erase it all and start again :S
So, that makes watching other people's videos much easyer!
Here's the link for a bunch of them on youtube:
Some of them are quite unbelievable!!

:) spyda
Thank you for your kind words. It makes me very happy when i find someone that likes my software!
Unfortunatelly, i can't help you right now with making a new grid. I'm pretty busy with school and at possibly i won't be able to update anything untill the end of the next week.
You could try to learn how to do them (there's a how-to somewhere on this thread, a few pages ago, and there are a bunch of custom grids made already), or if you don't get any answers from anyone, remember me during the next week ;)

Thank you for reminding mouser about farr v2 ;)

But this has already been asked for. (i might even say it's THE most asked feature)
Let's now hope mouser will listen to all our prays and get farr v2 out as fast as possible :D

I'm thinking you're looking for something more along the lines of a good media organizer. I know there are some that can organize your files too.

Living Room / Re: Problem with Windows XP MCE Sound
« Last post by jgpaiva on October 27, 2006, 10:48 AM »
So, I tried reinstalling windows, same thing.
After reinstalling windows you still have no sound?
That's very serious!

Just thinking out loud: if it works on windows start up, it might be related to one of the apps that start with windows. After it's started, it disables sound or something.
Definitelly a weird issue.
3184
Well.... I don't know any app that can do this. That doesn't mean it can't be done, though... ;)

Although i can't help you with your project, i must congratulate you on the great job you made. I am (was) a player of CS (not source) and love the hl mods.
Age of chivalry looks very good. If i had hl2 i'd alread be giving it a try. ;)

Also, you making it for free is really in the spirit of DonationCoder.com. I say "please make yourself at home"!

Carol: are you sure it isn't something more serious?
I think that's what happens when a processor overheats, the system stops and then reboots. It has happened to me, but only under win98 on my older machine when the cpu fan stopped and i didn't notice it. I'm not sure if that's the default behaviour on XP, though.

PS: probably it's not that, but i thought i'd better put that out just in case.

Post New Requests Here / Re: IDEA: Super Efficient Extended Hotkey Mapper
« Last post by jgpaiva on October 26, 2006, 03:57 AM »
Cool work, NeilS. I think i'll be using that script pretty soon ;)
I love the way it's encapsulated into a neat function.

The only thing I haven't managed to solve yet is using the left and right SHIFT/CONTROL keys separately. If you use the LCtrl/RCtrl/LShift/RShift hotkeys in AHK, there seems to be some sort of repetition happening, which causes the sequence to fire any time you hold those particular keys down. I'll see if I can fix that when I have more time, but the current code seems to work very well for the Ctrl, Shift and Alt hotkeys.

If you feel it's ahk's fault, post ait at the ahk forum. I'm sure they'll be able to provide a solution or if there is no solution, they'll solve it on the next release. At least, that's how it's happened with me ;)

I think it only rates songs itself, for their musical characterstics. At least, that's how i've been assuming it is when i rate stuff ;)
But if it rates both the author and the music, i agree with xknight, that problem should be solved!

You had a goo idea, that grid is very well thought. Yes, i'm thinking about packing it with the next version of gridmove, as an extra .grid file ;)
Thank you

Very cool!
Thank you for your mini-review. There are lots of fans of dm2 here on DC, and i've tried it myself too (when looking for a virtual desktop tool).
It's good software, and i think you covered important points

PS: please don't link the images to imageshack as we never know how much time it'll hold up. Just attach those to the posts itself instead ;)

While rating stuff on pandora, i often use this system:
I don't want to hear it again, i mark it as "don't like it".
If i would definitelly like to hear it again, i mark it as "like it".
If i don't feel it's a music that defines the style of the radio i'm making, i don't rate it.

I think it's a simple yet effective system. It also allows you to have hotkeys that work through openpandora which make sense (having 5 hotkeys would be stupid).

On another matter, having sound commercials makes sense, but i consider it most anoying!

Halo Plot Revealed
The Halos (there are several) contain an onboard weapon capable of killing all sentient life in the universe.  It's a failsafe in case "The Flood" contained onboard breaks out.  So, it has a little bit of a death ray. :)

;D ;D Damn, I knew i'd lose that argument, but it was way easier making you tell me that than searching the net for the answer :P
