save a web page as text (it's actually plain txt, not HTML) or print it to a (txt) file?So, if it is a txt file, it will save without ant html markup. But you may get unix coded text instead of dos due to where its server.-Target (December 19, 2017, 12:46 AM)

Also: As part of the new DC, I wonder if it's not time to revive our old idea of having some regular columnists who write weekly or twice weekly blogs on some area of the software/technology scene. Anyone feel like they might be interested in such a thing?This is a very good idea. I have noted that some members are now posting very long messages and they can write them as blogs in DC. Also members who have retired (lucky guys) from day to day coding can put some tips and memories for us to have a smile in this day to day hectic schedules.
