And also, we need to figure out what text you want on the front and along the edge.

Can we get an idea how it will look like for text, i.e. some screen shot as an example.

Hello.

I am honored that Skwire mentioned my name for some share of the amount. With the love and blessing of friends and elders here, I earn enough in my day job, for my daily bread and butter and support to my family.

If allowed, I will request to donate my share to more needing member of DC.

And I want more love and blessing for my family and yours truly.

Regards,

Anand

Post New Requests Here / Re: Programming Language Question
« Last post by anandcoral on April 27, 2018, 05:42 AM »
Unfortunately I am not well versed enough in AutoHotkey to give you a good answer, but from what I've seen... probably? But it would take a lot more code to accomplish what AutoHotkey can accomplish with a page of script using C#. From what I gather AutoHotkey has a pretty narrow scope (Feel free to correct me here, AutoHotkey gods) of what it sets out to accomplish, and does this extremely well. That scope entailing automation of tasks and small simple UIs to facilitate this, an example being renaming files or doing specific tasks at different times. Whereas C# is designed to be a fairly high level multi paradigm language that you can use for pretty much anything.

Agree fully.

I develop nearly all my apps for DC NANY in Autohotkey. I even use AutoIt3 for some of my required apps, not released for public. My main language is Xbase++ to develop all my accounting and inventory related apps for my clients. I further use Harbour, HMG MiniGUI, Delphi, Js etc. to accomplish some small but required function in small apps.

In short, you need different pans in your kitchen, to cook your required meal. Start by making sandwich and tea for yourself. You will need fewer pans. Slowly you will learn to cook full meal.

PaulinaDi,

I found below,

Invisibly monitors employee desktops & records activities
https://www.nucleust...top-live-viewer.html, not free.

At DC we do not make such apps, AFAIK, i.e. privacy tracking of others. But yes, such apps does exist and have reason for it. I think if you officially announce and install apps similar to this on all your workers computer, your workers will be more alert and yes you may have to make surprise rounds too.

I work in an organization, where daily work reporting is done to check on productivity.

And I'm not talking about professional artists, just people who enjoy creating art... We just want to share a little in your life!
Well calling Barbara Bickell arts as doodles will be wrong. I also am astonished how extraordinary her arts are, than we normally perceive. My congratulation to her.

I do not get time to doodle, but my son used to do some on the computer when he was 4/5 years. If Ok then I will search for them in hdd and post.

Just saw the headlines "Stephen Hawking considered Artificial Intelligence as threat to humanity" in news but did not read it. Now I read that he has shut down. So was that his last words ?

We are rushing towards AI to easy our daily work pressure. May be we should stop and ponder.

Hi Ath,

Thanks for the feedback.

1. 200 x 200 is the reasonable small size I found. Still I will try to give smaller options.
2. rtf or html compatibility is not possible as of now. I will try to give text/font option for whole note.
3. Will try color selection for text, as whole.
4. Will  try for transparent or translucent notes.
5. This is most asked feature, will try it.

Also will try for note move and size via mouse.

Well I said "will try" :)
At present I am in my year end work pressure (31 March is the account closing in India for tax purpose) for my accounting software users.

« Last post by anandcoral on January 21, 2018, 12:10 PM »
I myself have least time to write anything meaningful other than coding for my clients. But as a "reader" I feel we can have once a month update for different topics, say on 5th of month we have humor (let us begin with some laugh), then on 15th or so we have "technical tips" and so on.

You see, I myself may not find enough time every week to go through each topics but can get time in a month.

So I feel we can have it spread over a month, if all agree.

Anand
