Post New Requests Here / Re: Login in Facebook
« Last post by Contro on January 15, 2014, 06:17 AM »
Google Chrome allows for multiple users to be signed into the browser at the same time. Each user has their own cookies, etc. You could use this to set up multiple profiles, each having their own Facebook logins.
 (see attachment in previous post)

Firefox lets you too be logged in two or more gmail accounts. But for some google services you have to decide what is the only active account, like google drive.

That is not what I said. I said you can have multiple Chrome profiles. This is not the same as being logged into multiple Google/Gmail/Calendar/Drive/whatever accounts. That's why I included a screenshot of what I was talking about, so you could see that I didn't mean switching Gmail accounts.

sorry. Understood.

I have read something about. Obviously we can have a shared pc with several users and only one profile to log in.
I have read abouts hacks for multi logs in the same browser, or better in differents browser.
But want i want is log in only one accoutn. Log out and enter in another one.

Sequential logs

But this is not the point in automation .

I think the problem i have is with ID sessions.

The thing may have an answer if someone has developed an UDF for this purpose and how supere and recognize the parameters every time the user ID session is affected.

Recently I read google is developing a script for artificial intelligence automated responses in social media.
By example : someone celebrate his anniversary, or his birthday. The script is able to analyze the context and make an automated answer according to the context.

But I continue thinking that this subject is impopular in the forums because spams and other abuses from the users.

I was thinking in automation, but this seems a rather peculiar question.
Don't have a good favour in the forums. I quit the target by now until i know more about AHK.

So you can have several icons in the task bar representing the window on top at the same time.

Right.  The thing with that board is it's not obvious when the posts are posted.  From reading I got the impression they were still working on a fix. But since the last post was by someone last active back in June I guess not.  I wish they would just put the date of the post in bold and make it easy on me. :)

Edit: the trouble with adding custom buttons to the titlebar is there is nearly always some side-effect that makes something unstable.  Plus Windows has weird ideas of what "on top" means.  Some jazz to do with the group the window is in or the process that owns it or some non-obvious complication that makes what should be simple, not so...   :)

So. Nothing to do ?

@MilesAhead: Thanks for the link re AHK AlwaysOnTop discussion.
I think I might have read that ages ago, and come to the conclusion that what I wanted to do wouldn't be simple, so dropped it into the "Later" basket.

But is an additional help. I am using from now. Even I would like a different beep when activate. Not only the deactivation beep.
In seven the new icon remain always in the task bar until the program represented is closed.
So you can have several icons in the task bar representing the window on top at the same time.

It's a nightmare because you're not really supposed to do it, it seems: https://www.facebook.com/legal/terms

I have no idea for sure, though, since I don't use Facebook.  In the meantime:  http://www.lmgtfy.co...le+facebook+profiles
:-[
I only have one personal. The others are for other uses.
But I suppose what you are trying to tell me.
I suppose facebook know that because i only have one IP

And is always a hotkey more.....
F4
or a mouse click
what I am really trying to get is with only one hotkey - by example launching the link selected in TB email client - will active the window on top and launch in the browser the link selected and when finished let the window normal......
If I use again the hotkey to launch maintaining on top the active window i will obtain other launched link in the browser remaining in the window on top.
But when i only want o launch the link, then simply i will click the mouse to launch the link. And i need the window not in top.

Can you understand me please ?

Best Regards

Ohhh i see i see.
but only when press F4
and always do. Even if the pin is off . For that purpose I have FileBox eXtender
But really all this is because when I put a window on top FileBox eXtender don't react quickly and don't show me the change.
That because i need a truly effective indicator. Filebox eXtender goes well when click the pin on the right side of the title bar with a mouse click.

By the way. Seems use the library COM

f4::
newIcon:="E:\go-top.ico"  ;16x16 icon file

WinGet, winID,id,A

WinGet, ExStyle, ExStyle, ahk_id %winID%
if (ExStyle & 0x8)  ; 0x8 is WS_EX_TOPMOST.
    {
    soundbeep  ;just for debugging
    WinSet, alwaysontop,off,ahk_id %winID%
    SendMessage, 0x80, 0, 0,, ahk_id %winID%  ; (0x80 is WM_SETICON).
    return
    }
else
    {
    WinSet, alwaysontop,on,ahk_id %winID%
    hIcon := DllCall("LoadImage", uint, 0, str, newIcon,uint, 1, int, 0, int, 0, uint, 0x10)
    SendMessage, 0x80, 0, hIcon,, ahk_id %winID%  ; (0x80 is WM_SETICON).
    }
return

I was trying this afternoon to obtain the COM library for facebook logins, but the links were broken.....

I tell for DllCall. I am not sure of course. ....

I have three profiles in Facebook. Working, free time, personal .
This afternoon and morning a wonderful headache with iMacros and the ID feature of the sessions with Facebook.
I need a script don't fail.
I was scanning autoit or autohotkey scripts for this purpose, but seems rather difficult.

Can you do that ?

P.D. So the main problem is when you are log with one profile and try to login with another.
A real nightmare for me.

No rjbull. But is a help indeed.
What i am looking for is a text in the right zone of my screen that express what window is on top.
Here we have additional problems because a window can have the same final folder.
But even express if any window is commanded to be on top may be useful for me. Because usually we are the single users of our pc's during a lapse of time. If I obtain the indication a window is on top then I know what hotkey apply for the next launching of a link .
Miles Ahead have a script that may be adapted to put a window on top executing a script directly for that or the reverse action. But the point is to express this in the right portion of my screen, or definable position.
