We got given 2 of these e-cigarettes (One each) off my in-laws as an early Christmas present...

Let's just say...they work WONDERS...

I have gone from smoking 30 a day, to just having one, yesterday morning.

No real cravings to speak of, and they have plenty of flavours for those who want different tastes.  I just use the one called "Natural Smoke Juice" which...it just plain old Nicotine flavoured.  I WAS using the Menthol (Mint) one, but I decided to use this instead as its s slightly higher dosage of Nicotine (18mg vs just 16 on the menthol) - I will then lower the dosage until I hopefully, don't need ANY nicotine in it at all!

The key word they use is "Up to" -My ISP uses the 'Up To' method, BUT, they also point out that I will NEVER get below a certain speed (90% of full speed) unless something breaks at the exchange.

  One thing that really gripes my butt is how they advertise a certain speed with the small print that states this will vary depending on the time of day.  Well, I've been on the internet in all times frames many times and have NEVER even come close to the advertised speed.  But yet they just keep on keeping on.....With our money.....

I just use Opera Feed...I think this has most of the above options.
