most of the time SC also functions as an image management app for me. in view of this, i would like to request that more image info be shown in the status bar. for example, something like what IrfanView displays in its statusbar (see pic) would be very helpful.

taking a cue from World of Goo's 'pay what you want' sale recently, Kloonigames is having a go for its game, Crayon Physics Deluxe, which is one year old. more info about the sale here.

this plugin hasn't been updated for some time. there is snewave's GooglePlus plugin which shows the Google search results in FARR as you type. you might want to try that.

« Last post by lanux128 on January 07, 2010, 06:53 PM »
Ugh... why does session-store cause a speed bump like that? >_<

that is one of the many idiosyncrasies of the fox. fwiw, i tried that option but didn't improve things by much..

i mostly depend on this GM script - YousableTubeFix for preventing autoplay, getting download links, etc.

Find And Run Robot / Req: Ctrl+backspace to delete from cursor position
« Last post by lanux128 on January 06, 2010, 05:43 AM »
currently when using Ctrl+backspace to delete the previous word, Farr starts from the end of the line regardless of the cursor position. can Farr be made aware of the cursor position and delete from that position?

Screenshot Captor / Req: ability to change filename in the post-cap dialog
« Last post by lanux128 on January 04, 2010, 09:46 PM »
how about adding an ability to change the filename in the post-cap dialog? it'd come in handy if i want to send the screencap via email and i don't want to confuse the recipient with my standard file-naming template.

while the default MoveTo menu in SC is adequate, sometimes i need a quick dialog to paste a path. this is for a one-time path which i won't be using that much. i was thinking something like the screenshot below, is this possible to add?

Try infraview..it works fine with ur requirement

if you meant IrfanView, the OP wanted something free and could be used at work. :)

I was going to say Irfanview...but that is only free for home use also.

"Leap Of Faith"  Assassin's Creed!  (I am currently playing it)

I haven't played Assassin's Creed, so I'm not sure what you're talking about.

really? you haven't played Assassin's Creed yet? keep an eye on the sequel. ;) btw, y0himba meant this.

However, I have one question regarding loose/lose: how do you spell the opposite of "find"?

since 'find' is a verb, then it's opposite would be 'lose'.

Congratulations! Skwire found the intentional typo i posted in the above quote. :P

yeah, this is a major oversight by Steam. 1+1 is always 2 in any laws of trade. however complaints about this in their forums is normally met with a standard reply. seriously flawed. :o
