I did one by one with the crop option

Tools - Edit PDF - Crop pages
In spanish that is what I have
Herramientas - Editar PDF - Recortar páginas
Selection
Accept.

Hello amigo, since your request overwrites files, should it have a "Backup on overwrite" check box option?

That's the only thing I think is left, unless you keep your own backups.

I don't understand well what you are trying to say.
It's not a backup. It's overwrite the target file when the original file to be copied is more recent that the one in the target folder.
 

Note : if you want you can create a subfolder with a copy of the replaced file as a backup. Why not ?.
Or any improvement additional for copying with security, like a reverse module.

The path may vary in two parameters. The target is open the date folder.

I need a script in AHK able to manage in an ini file the two variables in the path and then open the target file....

This looks like it is intended to be printed professionally and cut to page size. Wonder does it open in a layout programme or illustrator -- you'd still have to do a lot of work to seperate the pages.

1) Can you not access a "normal" version of it?    a have another version yes, but I would like to learn this.
Otherwise I'd take screenshots and crop to page.
2) Curious: what language is it?      chinese of course. I don't understand a single word of it  
3) Do you understand it? (Never mind, it's in various languages)     but I try with Chrome sometimes....

At the beginning I didn't know how to do, but slowly.....


I suppose that if I don't check the overwrite option I will not overwrite anything, but I would like the posibility to overwrite when the creation date of the .doc file is more recent.
That is overwrite if the file creation date is more recent in origin. By example in origin the file was modified in sept.21 and in target was last modified in oct.19 , so in this case I need replace or overwrite.
Can I have this ?
 

Note : the program I am assuming i can use with other extension files like .ods , .xls in the same folder COMPO .

It too simple. I can't create rules.
So I will need to point to several hundred folder where I want the original files to be copies

That is I can't proposed a tree like this :

Y:\folder1\folder2\<any subfolder>\compo\ where the original files must be copied if that folder is not an empty folder.

I need to copy two files from folder
Y:\folder1\folder2\564.21\compo\file1.doc
Y:\folder1\folder2\564.21\compo\file2.doc

to many folders under the same tree
Y:\folder1\folder2\exp<year>

An utility to do this or similar tasks ?

I’ve tried a lot for that very same task and, in my opinion, the three free ones that are, at the same time easy to use are:
-VideoPad: Easiest, but kind of “nagware”.
-Olive Video Editor: Still in beta, but works well and the learning curve is not too steep. Lots of good tutorials in the web.
-Tool Rocket Vid Clipper: The one I’m using at the moment. Good quality, not too heavy results.

AVIDemux:
Load the movie,
Move to the start of a section you don't want,
Hit cursor up or down to move to the nearest I-Frame,
Control+PgUp to mark the start,
Move to the end of the section,
Hit cursor up or down to move to the nearest I-Frame,
Control+PgDn to mark the end,
Control+X to remove that section,
Repeat as necessary,
Save.

If you haven't made a cut on an I-Frame you will be warned.

Otherwise there's also Lossless-Cut if you like funky interfaces.
