General Software Discussion / Freeware wallpaper changer for dual-monitor display?

As the title suggests, I am looking for a wallpaper changer that would allow me to select two different wallpapers for two monitors at startup. There are many programs that do that (Wallpaper Cycler, Wallpaper Master) and many freeware changers, but I cannot find one that combines those two advantages...
